Stage 2: Indexing

After Google crawls the page, it will try to understand what that particular page is about. 

This process of Google analysis is called indexing. Google analyzes every element that’s on a website, this includes content, images, and videos embedded on the page. All the data gathered will be stored in the Google index-a huge database. 

To improve Google indexing create short, conveying, and meaningful page subjects and titles. Put in mind that Google can easily understand texts compared to images and videos.

Stage 3: Serving and Ranking

Most online searchers go for the highest quality results when doing a Google search. The considered “best” result consists mostly of information about the user’s location, language, devices, and previous queries. 

To improve serving and ranking optimize your page and make it load fast. Also, make it flexible to become mobile-friendly. Update your page every now and then, and follow the Google Webmaster Guidelines to ensure a good user experience.
